I hereby give my irrevocable consent to Dreams Agency and his direct or indirect licensees and assignees to publish, republish or otherwise transmit the images of myself in any medium for all purposes throughout the world. I understand that the images may be altered or modified in any manner. I further release Dreams Agency and his direct or indirect licensees and assignees, from any claims remuneration associated with any form of damage, foreseen or unforeseen, associated with the use of the images. I also fully understand I am giving Dreams Agency full permission to display my images and details on their website.

These Terms, constitute an agreement between you and us and they govern all Assignments undertaken by you. The Assignments will concern the provision of [modeling assignments, promotional services, acting, performing, presenting or TV extra work]. The Assignment will be deemed to have been accepted by you each time you accept a booking with Dreams Agency Ltd. Failure to comply with our terms can result in us terminating any future work with the agency.
